Succeed helps people aged 16+ living in Coventry who are looking for work to boost their knowledge, skills and confidence.
Succeed can support you to move towards employment and reach your potential. The project can help break down barriers to work by providing personalised, one to one support that is uniquely focussed to your needs.
Succeed can support you in several ways, including:

- interview coaching
- welfare and money advice
- skills development courses.
Our offer to you
FabLab Coventry
In addition to the above support, FabLab Coventry can provide you with a fun and supportive environment to learn employability skills. Courses you could take include Digital Fabrication, Painting and Decorating and Learn to 3D Model.
Who we work with
Coventry & Warwickshire Chamber of Commerce Training
Can help you build your skills through short courses in various subjects, leading on to traineeships and apprenticeships.
Foleshill Women’s Training (FWT)
Offers you a range of courses including English, Maths, ESOL and basic IT skills for employment and job support. FWT can support you with confidence building and access to childcare.
The Job Shop, Coventry City Council
Supports you with workshops and one to one employment support, plus can help you to apply for jobs and placements with local employers.
Working Actively to Change Hillfields
Can support you with a weekly jobs club, CV preparation, interview techniques and completing job application forms. In addition, Hillz FM delivers the popular ‘Introduction to Radio’ programme.
