This April we have some very special Easter-themed workshops for you to get involved in.
Our Easter Bunny, Upcycled wreath workshop, combines laser cutting and textile craft. Using our laser cutter, you’ll get to cut your bunny template, before ripping up some old, fabrics to weave around the template to create your final upcycled bunny wreath. Session running on Tuesday, 4th April, 10am-2pm.
Our Easter Egg, Eggbot workshop, combines electronics and computer design. Learn how to create your own computer graphics and watch the Eggbot go to work, drawing out your specific design onto a small replica egg. Watch it in action below! Session running on Wednesday, 5th April, 11am – 3pm.
Our final Easter special, Easter Chick Digital Sculpting. Learn to create your own little Easter Chick using a 3D modelling package called Sculptris. Learn how to model your character using digital clay and digital sculpting techniques. All characters will be 3D printed after the session, however, you will be required to arrange to collect your characters at a later date due to the time required for printing. Session running Thursday, 6th April, 10am – 2pm.
All sessions are free to those registered with us on our funded project.
